Reuben Mugisha is a finalist PHD candidate at KTH- Royal Institute of technology, writing a thesis titled, Enabling, and Sustaining Digital Health in LMICs.
Reuben is a digital literacy enthusiast, researcher, and trainer – with experience in digital learning and digital health. Reuben is also interested in transformative technology driven initiatives for LMICs’ accelerated development such as artificial intelligence and augmented reality, etc.
Reuben is a co-founder of Atlas-Max Ltd, Rwanda, a company that offers tailor-made training programs for East Africans. Starting from Rwandan, the company focuses on tailored training programs for leaders, scientists, engineers, and technocrats to help beneficiaries become the best at what they do. At Atlas-Max Ltd, experts from both North and South work together in solving urgent training needs effectively.
