Maria Ines Zelaya is an empathetic Design Strategist with eight years of experience in service design, design strategy, and UX research.She has delivered impact across diverse fields such as retail, fintech, logistics, and digital health and nuclear energy. Maria holds a Bachelors of Arts in Design and a minor in communication and product design from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Master of Arts in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design.
