Ewout Nijman is a Principal Interaction Designer from the Netherlands with over 20 years of experience in digital design. He believes that creating a better world is within our reach, and that designers play a crucial role in envisioning and realizing this goal. With a background in architecture, Ewout transitioned to UX design, specializing in Interaction Design. As a UX designer and later as a UX lead, he worked on award-winning MRI and IGT user interfaces, as well as various cloud platforms and portals in the healthcare domain.

For the past 10 years, Ewout has worked at We Are Reasonable People, a Rotterdam-based digital innovation firm. In his role as Principal, he mentors and teaches designers and design teams, helping them reach their full potential in delivering high-quality experiences for projects in healthcare and other domains. Ewout has extensive experience in design leadership, UX design and strategy, interaction design, large-scale and complex projects, design processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
