Diana is a Product Designer with over 10 years of Product Design experience in tech startups and scaleups, including five years in the digital mental healthcare sector. At Wysa, an AI Mental Health startup, Diana led Product Design (UI/UX/UXR), and learnt firsthand how designing AI solutions with specific UX principles in mind can enhance their positive impact. After leaving the startup, Diana became curious to understand how Gen-AI not only brings great promises for the healthcare sector, but also the potential negative consequences that these new technologies could introduce.
