Bert Windey is a senior UX and Innovation researcher at BI X, the digital healthcare innovation lab of Boehringer Ingelheim. He works within cross-functional product teams to evaluate whether a new value proposition is worth developing. In addition he is setting up Research Operations, dedicated to scaling UX research capabilities across the lab. Bert has a background in academic research on cognitive psychology and a passion to set up research that is both rigorous as well as pragmatic.
