Alex has spent over 20 years designing user-centred experiences and growing highly talented design and strategy teams. This has shaped him into an experienced practitioner, leader, speaker, coach and mentor.
He’s highly motivated when the work he does has a positive impact. This means improving the value relationship businesses have with their customers, and also providing a wider benefit to society. Alex leads teams that solve problems in service innovation, healthcare, social mobility, youth support and population-scale services.
In 2019, his experience co-developing innovative ways to create better service design outcomes, culminated in trademarking a new methodology: User Centred Transformation®
