Agata is a design leader with a background in psychology and extensive experience designing digital products and services across industries, combining UX, research, and service design to create meaningful, human-centred experiences. Her particular passion lies in healthcare and patient experience: she is a leader at Fundacja K.I.D.S., a Polish NGO working to transform children’s hospitals and improve the experience of young patients and their families through innovation, technology, and human-centred design.

She actively contributes to the international healthcare design community, including speaking at UX Healthcare London, and is the co-founder and organiser of UX Healthcare Warsaw — a growing local community bringing together designers, researchers, healthcare professionals, and innovators, with its next conference taking place soon. Across these initiatives, she explores how design can improve not only digital healthcare products, but the entire patient and family experience across complex healthcare services and systems.

Outside of work, she swaps digital products for more tangible ones — gardening, cooking, growing things, and experimenting in the kitchen.
