Emilia Rybak is the Founder of BehaviorDrive LLC, a strategic consultancy helping digital health companies improve both health outcomes and business results through behavior-focused UX Research & Design. She’s passionate about the power of deeply understanding and driving behavior, rather than just tracking metrics, to achieve real-world impact.

With over 10 years of consulting experience across UX Research, Human-centered Design, and Behavioral Science, Emilia blends these disciplines to create experiences that deliver success for both users and businesses alike. She previously led international UX research projects at Accenture Song and has consulted for FAAMG and Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, tech, and consumer goods.

Emilia holds a Master’s in Behavioral & Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Duke University. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, rock climbing, and geeking out on behavioral science podcasts.
