Founder and lead Advisor Rachel de Sain has over 20 years’ experience across a range of digital transformation and innovation disciplines. She is an internationally regarded digital strategist with over twenty years of global experience having worked with governments, Fortune 500 companies, and leading academic institutions.
Rachel helps her clients to develop solutions that leverage existing infrastructure and look to future innovations to ensure sustainable long-term success. She has expertise in Design Thinking, Service Delivery, Digital Governance, digital transformation and strategy and has delivered a range of world-first innovations for companies such as MTV Networks, T-Mobile and Accenture.
Rachel has recently held the position of Executive General Manager responsible for Innovation, Design and Development at the Australian Digital Health Agency, overseeing the creation of Australia’s Digital Health Strategy, 2018-2022, and a range of improvements to the suite of products and services of the national infrastructure including the my health record.
Rachel has also led a range of health and social services projects and is passionate about the opportunity to deliver measurable improvements through the use of innovative technology and processes.
In addition to developing new health start-ups for clients including a New York based VC Innovation firm, she also delivered the digital strategy for Healthdirect Australia and digital transformation program for the Fair Work Commission and a number of other public and private organisations.
