A service designer who loves working hand in hand with clients and users. Seeks understanding, ideas and starts building tangible prototypes as soon as possible – even (or maybe especially) if it’s uncomfortable. For over 10 years he has been developing managers and organisations, supporting them in the change process. He has designed city-scale social initiatives to reduce waste, built teams responsible for innovative solutions in banks, and created processes in organisations to better respond to the needs of their users. He won several urban hackathons believing that the city is the most important service that we all co-build. He believes that the best start to any project is when the whole team has coffee together. Good coffee!
