He specialises in using qualitative and quantitative research methods to study how patients and clinicians behave in context, and how they interact with digital health products & services.
Using a multidisciplinary approach rooted in psychology and behavioural science, Jack’s work uncovers insights to inform evidence-based and person-centred digital designs which ultimately improve patient outcomes and provide confidence to stakeholders.
