Ilaria is Partner, Impact Manager and Head of Design at Tangible, an Italian benefit corporation company specialised in experience and service design.
Ilaria leads projects through a design process in which users are the main focus and technologies are tools. She works together with development and strategic teams to evolve digital products or services, in a sustainable and measurable way. She helps setting expectations, checking results and kpi, emphasizing the opportunities throughout the process.
Since 2010, she presents to software design and development conferences, as Whymca, UX Camp, Agile UX Camp, Italian Agile, Better Software, World IA Day, Agile Business Day, Intersection and Accessibility Days.
She loves her family and nephews, her friends, the sea, summer, focaccia and reading comics.
