Haydyn has spent the last 5+ years of his 15 year UX career working in and around digital healthcare research & design for one of the world’s largest Biotech & healthcare companies. Along the way he’s learned a thing-or-two about the complexities, challenges and opportunities that exist in building products, teams and leveraging the right type of research to make an impactful difference in the challenging but very exciting healthcare domain. Haydyn comes from a HCI & Behavioural psych background where he (tries to!) leverage both applied and novel behavioural science approaches into his work as well as building communities of practice to improve adoption and transformation using evidence-based pathways and outcomes.
