Gyles is a UX Designer at BI X, the digital lab at Boehringer Ingelheim, specialising in Clinical UX and the design of digital healthcare solutions. He graduated from Bart’s & the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011, and worked as a doctor for three years before moving in to healthcare UX and digital health in 2014. In 2016, Gyles founded the Clinical UX Association, the global community of clinical, UX and IT professionals passionate about healthcare UX. He completed his MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics at University College London in 2018. Gyles is a renowned international keynote speaker on the topic of clinical and healthcare UX, and has spoken across Europe, South Africa and South America.
